One subscription to rule them all.
The way Amazon should’ve been done in the first place
First launched in 2021, Sellerjoy revolutionized Amazon account management with its subscription-based model. To this day, Sellerjoy is run entirely by Jacques, who has worked on seven-figure, industry-leading brands. Sellerjoy doesn’t hire extra account managers or outsource work. Instead, it focuses on delivering top-notch quality to a limited roster of brands at a time.

Frequently asked questions
How fast will I receive my work?
Most requests are completed in 24–48 hours. Larger projects (full listing builds, account audits, PPC restructures) are broken down and delivered piece by piece on the same cadence.
How does onboarding work?
Subscribe and you'll be added to your own private Trello board within an hour. You'll get an email with the invite, the request template, and a Loom walkthrough so you can start your first request the same day.
Who's actually doing the work?
Jacques, the founder. Sellerjoy is a one-person operation. No outsourcing, no junior staff, no white-labeled agencies. You work directly with me through the entire engagement.
Is there a limit on how many requests I can make?
No limit on the number of requests in your queue. You'll receive work one task at a time, in 24–48 hours each. Amazon support cases are handled in parallel and don't count toward your active task — file as many as you need. Stack as many as you'd like.
How does the pause feature work?
Billing cycles are 31 days. If you've used 18 days and pause, you keep 13 days banked for later. Resume whenever you have more work — no expiration.
How do you handle larger projects?
Full listing builds, brand registry setups, PPC overhauls, and account audits are split into chunks. Expect a steady stream of deliverables every 24–48 hours until the project is done.
What tools do you work in?
Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, Data Dive, Trello (your request board), and Figma (for image briefs and storefront wireframes).
How will I request work?
Through your Trello board. Drop a card in the Backlog column with what you need — text brief, Loom video, screenshots, links, whatever's easiest. I move it through In Progress → Review → Done.
What if I don't like the work?
Revisions are unlimited and included. We'll keep iterating until you're happy with it.
Anything you don't cover?
Yes. Sellerjoy doesn't do graphic design, photography, video production, package design, or anything outside Amazon's platforms. Image briefs and creative direction are included; the design execution is sent to your own designer (or one of mine).
What if I only have one request?
Subscribe, get the request done, then pause. The remaining days in your cycle are banked for whenever you need them again.
Are there refunds?
If it's not a fit in the first week, you get 75% back, no questions asked. After the first week, no refunds — but you can pause and resume whenever.
